Flashnotes.biz further called “Flashnotes” throughout this contract is a database website that will allow “Users” to distribute their interpretation of work called “Data” to others for a variety of academic reasons. 
Terms of Use apply to all applications of use. If you do not agree with the terms you have the right not to sign up for Flashnotes.
Data that is uploaded to Flashnotes by Users must be accurate and that the User is at least 18 years old. Flashnotes does not claim ownership of anything posted to Flashnotes, simply a place for said Data to be placed. You represent and warrant that you are the sole creator of the information including, without limitation, copyright and the posting of your Data on or through Flashnotes will not breach the privacy rights, copyrights, intellectual property rights or any other rights of any third-party. You agree to pay any fees or fines associated with any breaking of these rights. You WILL NOT hold Flashnotes or any part of Flashnotes responsible.
Flashnotes is not responsible to delete anything that violates the terms sated in the contract. Even if prior warning was given, Flashnotes is still not responsible to delete the content. However, Flashnotes does reserve the right to delete any Data they feel violates intellectual property rights, ect.
Flashnotes assumes no responsibility for incorrect Data. Only post your own interpretation of class notes not lecture guides provided. 
Flashnotes has no liability it simply hosts a database for Users to post Data that will be sold to other Users. No matter what the circumstance Flashnotes WILL NOT be liable to you or any other party for any reason including but not limited to indirect, consequential, special, punitive, including any financial lose even if Flashnotes was notified of the situation Flashnotes has full Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold Flashnotes harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Flashnotes.
